Reporting a problem using SOUP's Request for Tech Support

Once you have SOUP's Reqeust for Tech Support installed and properly configured, you can easily report problems with the following procedure: 

bulletWhen the error occurs, simply press the SOUP icon in your system tray (lower right corner of your screen).
bulletFollow the directions that appear on the screen.  Request for Support will send, as the default, both your message and the contents of the monitor's screen.
